If you no longer have access to the email account associated with your X username, please use the Web Interface to update your email address and inform us that you do not have access to your old email address.  We will attempt to verify your identity another way.

If you need to update the email address associated with your X Username (or “account”), you will need to use the Web Interface.

*You will need to be able to access your “old” email and “new” email to verify your identityIf you can no longer access that email account, you will need to perform other verification(s) in your request.  (A CService Representative will contact you for further verification options, if other verification options are available.)
