Why have I not received an E-mail?
The CService Website said it was sending me an email. Why haven’t I received it?
Sometimes E-mails from the Channel Service Web Interface are mistaken by some providers as junk or spam. In most cases, users can check their Junk / Spam folders and locate the expected email. However, some providers (such as Outlook.com/Hotmail/MSN) block the emails from ever arriving to the user.
- Use an email account where providers are not known to completely block our emails (Such as Gmail or Yahoo!)
- If you have not received the email within 15 minutes, please check your Bulk / Junk / Spam folders
- Seek assistance in #Usernames if you have have not received the email in any folder (including the above filter-folders)
