On IRC4Fun, we take our clients’ and guests’ opinions very seriously. We want to know how our clients and guests see our offerings, as well as how we might be able to better improve the user experience.
Survey Terms / Qualifications:
- We ask that only Clients and Guests who’ve actually connected to or visited IRC4Fun engage in the survey.
- Each client/guest may take up to two different surveys per calendar week. (e.g. You had a bad experience initially, but then Staff worked with you to overcome the experience or issue.)
- When submitting two surveys in a calendar week; the surveys cannot be duplicates. There must be either a positive or negative change in your survey response, or only one will actually be weighed or counted.
