Registering your Nickname

Registering your nickname with NickServ ensures that only you can use it. Registration is free and easy.

Step 1: Choose your nickname

Use the /nick command to set your desired nickname:

/nick YourDesiredNick

Step 2: Register with NickServ

Use the following command to register:

/msg NickServ REGISTER YourPassword your@email.com

Replace YourPassword with a strong password, and your@email.com with your valid email address.

Step 3: Confirm your registration

NickServ will send a confirmation email with a passcode. Use it to confirm:

/msg NickServ CONFIRM passcode

Important Notes

• Confirmation codes expire after 24 hours
• Unconfirmed accounts are deleted after 24 hours
• If you don't receive the email, check your spam/junk folder
• You can resend the confirmation with /msg NickServ RESEND
