How to use MemoServ
MemoServ allows IRC users to send short messages to other IRC users, whether they are online or not, or to channels. Both the sender's and target's nickname/channel must be registered.
MemoServ Commands

RSEND | Send a memo and request a read receipt |
SEND | Send a memo to a nick or channel |
SET | Set options related to memos |
