How / When do Channels expire?
There are several conditions which may cause a Channel to be expired (automatically dropped by ChanServ):
- Founder’s nickname is dropped (either by the Founder user or IRC4Fun Staff) and there was no Successor set.
- Nobody on the Channel’s access list has joined (used) the channel in 60 days.
Successors
Channels which have a Successor set in ChanServ, will be automatically transferred to the Successor in the event that the founder’s account is dropped.
