Channel, Group & Project Cloaks
IRC4Fun offers customized cloaks for Channels, Groups and Projects that meet certain requirements.
User Cloaks
Users who are unaffiliated with channels, groups or projects on IRC4Fun will have normal user-cloaks. (Such as: users/account)
Non-affiliated user cloaks (users/account) are not able to request Checkmark verification.
Additional User Cloaks:
- Special Occasions — IRC4Fun may offer custom cloaks for Special Occasions (Such as:
sweet16/account)
Bots
Bots that are registered on IRC4Fun can have cloaks indicating that they are a bot and who owns/controls them. (Such as: bots/botnick/ownernick)
Eligibility:
- Bot must be registered with NickServ
- Bot must be registered with HelpDesk
- Bot Contact is required
Channels
Eligible channels can provide channel-cloaks to users on their access list. (Such as: channel-name/account)
Eligibility:
- Channel must be registered with ChanServ
- Channel must maintain an average of 10 or more users
- Channel cannot violate the AUP
- Only access-list users are eligible, IF the Founder has OPT-IN
Groups
Eligible groups can provide group-cloaks. (Such as: Group/position/account)
Eligibility: Channel registered, group info verifiable, no AUP violations, group contact required.
Projects
Eligible projects can provide project-cloaks. (Such as: Project/position/account)
Eligibility: Channel registered, project info verifiable, no AUP violations, project contact required.

Checkmarks
Verification (Checkmarks) are also available, if requested and able to meet the verification requirements. Non-affiliated user cloaks are not able to request Checkmark verification.
