#Lobby's Purpose
#Lobby was created by IRC4Fun Staff as a means to support new users. (It also allows IRC4Fun Staff to find spambots and various troublemakers before they hit other channels.) It is highly moderated so that only channel @operators can see unregistered users' messages.
Users who do not identify to services (either by SASL or use of the IDENTIFY command) within 30 seconds of connecting, are autojoined. (Unless banned by the users own request) Users who are identified will match a ban and not be autojoined unless they have asked for an exception.
